At JJ Crunch and Munch, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our products. As our items are perishable, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been confirmed and dispatched.

However, if you receive a product that is:

  • Incorrect or not what you ordered
  • Expired or not fit for consumption upon delivery

Refunds Policy
While refunds are generally not applicable due to the perishable nature of our goods, exceptions may be made in genuine cases such as:

- Non-availability of stock after order confirmation

- Cancellations requested before dispatch

- Verified complaints of product damage, incorrect items, or spoilage on arrival

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. We may also offer store credit or a replacement as an alternative, depending on the situation and your preference.
